    We strive to deliver all orders within 1 to 2 business days from the date of purchase. However, delivery times may vary for specific items or locations, and this will be communicated by phone to the customer.
  2. Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout based on the order value and delivery location. Any promotional offers on shipping will also be mentioned at checkout.
  3. Delayed Deliveries
    While we aim to meet our standard shipping timeline, deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances such as:

  • Other unforeseen events beyond our control
    In case of delays, we will notify you promptly with updated delivery timelines. Please note that no cancellation or exchange requests will be entertained due to delayed deliveries, except for items in the “Gifting Category.”

    If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange for an alternate delivery method. A reattempt will be made once, and in exceptional cases, a second reattempt may be arranged. Further attempts will incur additional delivery charges.

We will promptly address the issue and ship the missing items. If we are unable to fulfill the missing items, we will process a refund for those items only.
  3. Packaging and Handling
    We ensure that all products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further assistance.
  4. Third-Party Products
    For products sold by third-party vendors on our platform, MyMaali acts only as a facilitator. Any shipping issues related to third-party products will need to be addressed directly with the vendor, and MyMaali cannot guarantee resolution in such cases.
  5. Disputes
    In case of disputes or concerns regarding shipping, the final decision made by MyMaali will be considered binding.
